- Part I will focus on how the Philadelphia Land Bank acquires privately owned tax delinquent property and how to use Land Bank acquisitions for planning.
- Part II will focus on sale of property by PHDC for re-use, including the Competitive Bid process, Direct Sales process, and Discounted Pricing.
