The Philadelphia Free Business Tax Preparation Program is now available! This program offers free business tax preparation assistance —local, state, and federal—to small businesses earning less than $250,000 in revenue.
Eligible businesses will be matched with tax professionals across the city who speak multiple languages, including Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, and more.
Services will be provided at no cost to the business, up to a value of $3,000. This program is administered by the Department of Commerce.
Eligible businesses are:
- located inside the city of Philadelphia
- Have earned revenue of $250,000 or less in 2024
- Are not a landlord or other property rental business.
