NKCDC’s Housing team offers services like housing counseling, rental assistance within a targeted area of Kensington, energy efficiency services, mortgage default advice, income and tax rebates, and financial coaching.
What is housing counseling?
NKCDC’s housing counselors are HUD-certified housing professionals who can walk with you through the process of buying a home, paying mortgage, rent or utility bills, avoiding eviction or foreclosure, applying for free home repairs, etc.
They connect residents to resources, financial assistance, and other free services to ensure our neighbors can remain where they choose to live.
