Rent the NKCDC Garden

Event space available in Fishtown, Philadelphia

Thank you for your interest in renting the NKCDC Garden Center! We are open to hosting public and private events. 

Please check availability of the NKCDC Garden Center on the calendar below, then complete this form to provide us more information about your event. Once the form is completed, NKCDC staff will reach out to you. Feel free to contact property@nkcdc.org if you have questions. 

The price of a one day private rental of the NKCDC Garden Center generally is as follows:

• Community-based groups are eligible to rent the space at a discount rate of $200 per day
• For other groups or individual, the cost of renting the NKCDC Garden Center is $400 per day, plus the cost of event insurance
• For any other requests including commercial use, please reach out to businesses@nkcdc.org for pricing.

Please apply as far in advance as possible. We are not able to accommodate events without at least three weeks lead time.

Important Notice: Music and amplified sound is allowed at the NKCDC Garden Center, however sound must be kept at a level that is respectful to neighbors (below 90 dB) and turned off by 8:00 p.m. If sound rules are not followed, patrons will be asked to shut off music entirely.
