More Cooking Demos and Nutrition Lessons!
Nourish is NKCDC’s healthy food and nutrition education program. Starting this fall, NKCDC will be presenting tastings, cooking demos and nutrition lessons at local food pantries. These ongoing events are at Firm Hope Baptist Church (2313 E Auburn St, Philadelphia), Thursdays 9:30 AM – noon.
• Healthy recipe tastings every week
• Nutrition classes last week of each month at 9:15 AM, but the first class December 1!
