New Kensington Community Development Corporation (NKCDC) is a nonprofit governed by a board of directors made up of people from the Kensington, Port Richmond and Fishtown communities we serve.
Our work includes developing affordable housing, supporting local small businesses, connecting neighborhood residents to resources, cleaning business corridors and maintaining vacant lots, and providing housing counseling to homeowners and renters across Philadelphia. Learn more here.
