Inside PHFA’s Qualified Allocation Plan
Join us for a workshop to review and respond to the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency’s 2027–28 draft Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP). We’ll review the draft QAP and develop written responses that will be submitted by PHFA’s August 14th deadline for public written comment. Few people provide feedback, so your perspective can help ensure future housing investments better reflect your needs and the needs of your community!
