Illegal Evictions Workshop

Join us on October 18th from 2PM-4PM for a workshop on Illegal Evictions as part of the People-First Housing Workshop Series at the Kensington Engagement Center! Philadelphia Community Land Trust and the Illegal Evictions Action Team will discuss how tenants and neighbors can organize and advocate for their rights and to protect themselves against illegal evictions. 

The workshop will explore existing strategies that address the issue of illegal evictions, like the Illegal Evictions Action Team, who collaborate to develop educational programs and materials about illegal evictions and strategies to combat them, as well as operating a hotline to help Philadelphians at risk of losing their housing.
