Community Meeting for 1810 E. Hagert Street
There is new development planned at 1810 E. Hagert Street:
- 138 residential dwellings
- Ground floor industrial
- Community garden
When developers request an exception to city zoning rules, they are required to attend a community meeting, where local residents voice their opinion and vote on the proposal before it goes before the city’s Zoning Board of Adjustment. As a Registered Community Organization, NKCDC hosts these meetings from time to time.
In this case, the developers do not require any zoning exceptions, but they will go before a Civic Design Review committee, and are interested in hearing from local community members. There will not be a vote. Please join us!
