Community-Centered Land Preservation & Affordable Housing Development

This workshop will explore community-centered approaches to land stewardship and affordable housing in Philadelphia by examining the land bank, vacant land management, and issues around gentrification. We’ll also explore solutions such as unique and alternative stewardship arrangements, land trusts, and reforms to the land bank, followed by immediate ways you can get involved in efforts advancing community-centered approaches to land stewardship and affordable housing.
