NKCDC is in search of a tenant for office space on the second and third floors of a commercial property we are currently renovating at 3000 Kensington Ave. The building features 1046 sq. ft. of office and meeting space on Floor 2 and 671 sq. ft. of meeting space on Floor 3. The property is located across the street from McPherson Square Library and just blocks away from Frances E. Willard Elementary School and Conwell Middle School.
