NKCDC is currently looking for tenants for two separate commercial properties at 2513 and 2515 Frankford Ave. These two buildings our organization’s former office space and located on a busy section of the Frankford Ave commercial corridor with many new businesses and high foot traffic. 2513 Frankford Ave offers 1,268 sq. ft. of space, including a basement and backyard access. 2515 Frankford has 610 sq. ft. of space, plus backyard access.
