Nourish Virtual Cooking Class

Nourish is NKCDC’s healthy food and nutrition education program. Nourish will be hosting free online classes on Mondays from 6PM-8PM beginning February 12th. Each class includes a weekly meal kit with healthy ingredients used in the online demonstration.
