First-Time Homebuyer Workshop

NKCDC works to build wealth for residents throughout Kensington and the rest of Philadelphia by creating and preserving homeownership. Our First-time Homebuyer Workshop is a four-hour class that presents both pre-purchase and post-purchase information and helps qualify individuals for most down payment assistance programs. Featuring a lender, realtor, home inspector, and NKCDC housing advisor, we offer these workshops virtually throughout the year.
