Cooking Demos and Nutrition Lessons!

Nourish is NKCDC’s healthy food and nutrition education program. Starting this fall, NKCDC will be presenting tastings, cooking demos and nutrition lessons at local food pantries. These ongoing events are at Mission of Saint Joan of Arc (2025 E Atlantic St, Philadelphia), Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:00 AM – noon.

• Free food distribution every Tuesday and Thursday, 10:00 AM – noon
• Healthy recipe tastings also every week
• Nutrition classes the last week of each month at 11:00 and noon, starting November 29!
