Coral Street Arts House was a vacant textile mill at 2446-2468 Coral Street, Philadelphia. NKCDC completed a $7.5 million renovation in 2006, providing 27 rental units of affordable live-work space for artists and their families. Part of an NKCDC strategy for community improvement through investment in the arts, the Arts House spurred rehabilitation of other vacant industrial buildings in the neighborhood.

Coral Street apartments are designed to be affordable for individuals or families earning between 40% and 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI) for Philadelphia County. Rents are based on your household income at the time you move in. Depending on your household size, you can have no more than the following household income to qualify for apartments at 40%, 50% or 60% AMI:
