What is NKCDC?
New Kensington Community Development Corporation (NKCDC) gives free housing services—like help buying a home, or help paying rent, mortgage, or utilities—to anyone in Philadelphia.
We offer many additional resources to residents and small businesses in the Kensington, Fishtown, and Port Richmond neighborhoods. Connect with a Community Health Worker or support our healthy food and nutrition education program, Nourish!
